Do I need to provide your team with my own cleaning equipment or supplies?
No. We arrive with all of the cleaning materials we need and take them with us when we leave. But feel free to let us know if you have any preference.
Can I reschedule my services?
We understand that life can be unpredictable and thats why we offer free cancellations. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so 24 hours prior to your scheduled date.
How do I pay?
Payments are due on the day of your scheduled service. Most of our valued customers leave cash or a check on the kitchen counter, but we also accept credit card payments. If you do choose to write us a check, please make it payable to Soapy Mops.
If you would like to tip our cleaners, please do not include tips in the payment and give them directly to our cleaners.
How much do your services cost?
We’re proud to be recognized as a provider of affordable, top-quality housecleaning services. Our team works with every homeowner to develop a cleaning plan that’s customized to fit their needs. The costs of our services depend on the size of your home and what you’d like cleaned.
Can I provide my team with special instructions?
In order to be sure that your preferences are recorded in your cleaning plan, we recommend that you call us directly. Our office staff would be happy to log your needs in your file so you don’t have to reiterate them every time we arrive for service.
I have an alarm system. What do I do on days my house is cleaned?
If your home has a security system, please provide us with the code and steps necessary for us to turn off the alarm. We will reset the alarm when we leave. Alternatively, you may want to disable it on the day of your scheduled clean.
How do I refer a friend or family member?
We are happy that you loved are services. If you have a family member or a friend who is in need of our services, please direct them to our site or have them text us at 317-500-3765 to schedule their first time booking.
How can I get a discount?
If you are getting your house cleaned for the first time, we will give you 30% off on one-time deep cleaning services. Please ask for a discount when you book our services.
Are you okay with pets being in the home during a cleaning service?
If your pet is aggressive, we recommend keeping them in a gated area. If you are not home during the service, please let us know how to handle your pets appropriately.
What if I am not satisfied with the services?
As part of our satisfaction guarantee, if you’re ever unhappy with any area we’ve cleaned, we’ll return within a week, if not the next business day and re-clean it.
